Burl Torner acoustic, electric lead and rhythm guitars, and slide guitars.
Burl is a quiet laid back ...beast. I have known him for over 25 years and finally have the chance to have him as a band mate. Great player...been playing on the local scene for many years doing the blues and some country...when he an his family moved to town in the 90's he had spent several years getting away from country so I felt compelled to drag him back in. (but he turned me onto Big House so who dragged whom???) He's one of the most humble guys you'll ever meet which seems odd to me cause he is so very talented ..Great to have him along for the journey. I have never in my life, until now, had to ask the lead guitar player to turn up...crank it Burl!!
He's also great at giving me a firm foundation to play a few leads from time to time and I appreciate his patience.

Chris Briggs on bass,vocals,keyboards
Chris has been my right arm for 30 years. I cannot imagine playing music without him in the picture in some way shape or form. His love of music and considerable talent has helped me grow tremendously from day one. He was with me for over 18 years of HP; my last "solo" stint in the early 90's, graciously came along for the new Oh Solo Trio project, and also helps corral One Night Band. He's honest to a fault which is a good thing...he can separate the BS from the genuine article in a heart beat which helps keep me honest too.

Ray Wiggs, the great keyboard player from "Appaloosa", a hugely popular band from a few years back has been with us for a 3 years now. He is an incredibly talented player and great guy to be around. His substantial skills bring another dimension to the band. He's a beast on keyboards with a very cool style that can combine B-3 and Rhodes sounds flawlessly plus he brings a wealth of musical knowledge to the band. The dude can play anything.

Todd Campbell joins us on drums as the newest member of the band. Todd has been playing for over 40 years and is steeped in the jazz tradition. His musical vocabulary spans The Hi-Lo's to Little Feat. He's got great chops and has brought a fresh approach to the tunes and a new groove to the band. I've known Todd since high school and always wanted to have the chance to jam with him and now the time has come.

Jay Wright returns to the fold to sing, play percussion, brass and wind instruments, play guitar, and bring some more new flavor to the group. Jay is an accomplished musician who has taught music in schools, heads the counties best instrument repair group, supports his wife's musical dreams with her Celtic band "Turas", helps raise their boys, and with little time he has left he's having fun with us. It's a pleasure to have him back.
